I feel like my anxiety will always hold me back from achieving the work success I want.

I quit my job today. I have never been treated so poorly in my life and it’s been something I’ve been contiplating for a long time. Today I had enough, and I quit. Although I’m pretty sure they were going to fire me anyway. I’m just worried if I did the right thing. I don’t know what I’m going to do next. Im so conflicted because in many ways this is a good thing, but in many ways I may have made a huge mistake.

I have a great job and I hate it. My coworkers are all great, they are super lenient, and i feel confident in what i do now. yet i’m not happy. I hate commitment. I think of quiting everyday. I hate the idea of HAVING to do something every single day for the rest of my life. I hate having to wake up at 8 am everyday, I hate having to work for other people, i don’t know what to do, i’ll never be happy as long as i have to do the same thing over and over and over for the rest of my life

I turned down a job offer that wasn’t right for me. It was stressful, but I felt as though a weight had been lifted off me after I did it!

Several of my coworkers were excited to see me back at work after my vacation. It's a little reminder not everything at work is bad.

I have a job interview today and I really really hope I get it 🤞🏻 It's just a minimum wage job, but I hate the job I have currently that literally ANYTHING else is better

Had a full blown panic attack at work today. I have only been working there for three weeks and feel so humiliated. I was uncontrollably crying and couldn't breathe or talk or anything. I lied and said I was ill because I was too hysterical to say what was going on so I picked the quickest answer I could think of. They sent me home. I feel so embarrassed. I'm now extremely anxious to go in tomorrow.

I updated my resume on Indeed a few days ago and already had someone email me. I'm excited just to have opportunities in front of me again since I'm so miserable at my current job.

Woke up today feeling so anxious about work that it physically made me feel ill. Decided to take a sick day and stayed in bed until 1 PM. Feeling super down and wishing these feelings would let me be.

I left the Hospital today after the 3 days I've been there.. And my boss was so mad at me because I was sick. I mean, sick enough to actually need to go to the hospital instead of work and getting treatment. I was supposed to take 1 week off, I didn't even think of taking 1 day off after that..

I have to network a lot at my job and have the hardest time with small talk. Then I get extremely insecure while small talking then it gets awkward. Any tips to combat this?

I’m getting my a** handed to me everyday at work but I’m not letting it get me down or finding an excuse to give up. Taking emotion out of it and being methodical about improving all aspects of my life. It hasn’t been easy but no way can I quit now.

I love my job but I can't trust pretty much anyone I work with. They make what I do so anxiety-inducing and thinking about work keeps me awake. I hate the idea of being trapped with a group of people who make me feel like this.

I lost my job last year at the end of August. While it was the best and worst thing to happen, getting back into work has become very difficult. I have built this fear around work now and it is very challenging to get past. I can’t bring myself to apply for anything. I haven’t been able to shake off the feeling of not feeling worthy enough to work after being fired. I feel like I’m going in circles with this. Any tips on bouncing back after losing your job?

Knowing that your teammates and your boss doesn't really trust you to do a good job really fucks up with your self-confidence. No matter how much you show them that you can.
