Going to really intense/hard exercise classes reduces my anxiety a lot. Break out a sweat - definitely helps!

It may be childish and cliche, but I enjoy listening to frogs croaking at night, the sound of ocean waves (they soothe me so! ❤️❤️❤️), and coloring books, be they online, in front of me, or on my phone!

I relax by having “me time”, meaning doing things that I enjoy by myself and often that is just simply listening to music and watching Netflix and YouTube. This helps me to unwind and calm down. Doing these things can help distract my anxiety for a bit, so that’s a plus😂
