“Ok first post in here. Today I am grateful for endorphins and nature. Wanted to just lay in bed, but instead I ran for 30 minutes and then lifted a bit. Took my dog for a walk after to cool down and caught myself smiling at a funny squirrel and the neighbors goats (really sometimes it’s the little nerdy things) and enjoyed the sunset outside. My mood went from a 4 to an 8 or so in less than an hour, and today I credit the fresh air and some funny critters.”
