“Today I'm grateful for the progress I've made over the past few months. I've gotten stronger than my anxiety and depression. :) I started loving myself and having confidence in myself. I wish I could share this feeling with everyone because I know there's still people that hate themselves. & that completely breaks my heart. I just want everyone to know that you WILL get better, love yourself! Get out of the house and do something. Even just a walk. I hope everyone has a good day. :)”
