“As weird as it sounds, I'm grateful for the extremely stressful week I had last week. Life isn't easy right now, and I had several panic attacks throughout the week, and I'm came close to hitting rock bottom. However, I'm grateful because I have come out on the other side determined to really start treating my anxiety. I've learned that I am strong, and I am more than my anxiety.”
