“I used to have a very stressful job, and I developed a range of nationwide to manage. However, now I have moved on to a very different job, but old habits die hard, and werew doing some changes at my work, and apparently I have become a control freak. The things that used to keep me alive seem to be a bit much now. Lists, checking, single checking, working fast, doing everything. All the time”
