Panic at the disco has helped me a lot. Brendon Urie's clear voice calms me down after a hard day. And I get to dance around when no one is home. It makes me happy and I get to laugh at my flaws. It makes me more happy and active.

I'm a bit late to the party but I have become recently obsessed with Hamilton. I've been playing "My Shot" whenever I need a quick boost of courage or confidence. And "Non Stop" motivates me to write more, haha. :)

Save myself -Ed Sheeran. This song teaches you that before you help anyone else you need to learn how to help yourself. Before youlove anyone else, you have to love yourself. It is beautiful and you should listen to it!

As nerdy as it is, I love listening to the Hamilton soundtrack. I love history, and the songs just bring me back to a time gone by. They make me feel as if something big and important is going to happen that I can be part of. Those songs make me feel a lot less alone.

It’s basic but Lana del Rey’s album born to die is relaxing. It also helps when I feel stuck inbetween staying calm or bursting in tears. I relate to it enough that it works either way. Her song ride works aswell and is liberating once you learn the words and connect to what she’s actually saying.

Music is like my heartbeat. 24/7, I will always have at least an ear bud in to hear my music. My favourite bands are Imagine Dragons and Bastille. They are just so amazing with such rich sound, while the lyrics are so powerful and have such great meaning.
