I’m not old but I’m tired, a lot of us are tired. We shouldn’t be doing things all the time! We need rest, we need to sit and respond. This is of the great importance. Sometimes we need to exert energy, you don’t want it to build and get stuck, you want to run and play. Stay with what we know, our bodies, our earth, the mind is fun..play in it, spin in it, but don’t try and “use” it unless it’s life or death.

I love lists. I write out lists and then ponder life and prioritize what is important to do for the day. I like to write down or think of the pluses and negatives regarding the issues I am dealing with and actions to take. It helps me in my decision making process.
