I try to do the 5-4-3-2-1 exercise: notice five things I can see, four things I can hear, three things I can feel, two things I can smell, and one thing that I can taste (if applicable).

Life is a wonderful train that takes you through many ups and downs and sometimes makes you want to throw up. Oftentimes you need to get off at some point where you thin you’ll be happy and other times you might have to get back on because you’ve realized you no longer want to stay. Sometimes you end up right back where you started and sometimes that’s where you need to be.

I'm mindful that I have to wake up with The Lord every morning, I literally have to have a jesus mindset to stay graceful throughout my day or the devil tries to sneak in and still my joy
