I've been writing in a journal each night before bed about how I felt all day, things I did and want to accomplish the next day. It helps to get everything out, since I don't really have anyone to talk to.

I’ve been listening intently to bird sounds outside. I went on a hike to a viewpoint the other week, and it was so beautifully quiet except for some bird sounds. I’ve found myself a little more in tune to it since then.

I look at the sky through the branches of trees. You really get to notice all the differences between the trees as they are changing.

Today’s meditation reminded me to pay attention to one thing you’re grateful for and retrace it’s origin and be grateful for that. Like the paper in the journal I use every day can be traced back to the trees that provided it. Not taking everything at face value helps with perspective.

I’ve kept a daily log of time and actions with a non-judgemental conscious stream of thought on One Day. I’m more present overall. I recognize patterns I need professional help for, and things meditation and presence will kiss and let go.

The sensitive humans are the strongest! In this culture we got beat up instead of being seen and honored, I’m sorry for this! We have been forcibly separated from our Mother Earth! We are crawling back to her now!! If you can feel this, Please let me know. I want to find sensitives like me!

Today I woke up really sick! My stomach was sick, acid in my throat, my body hurts really bad and I’m so tired. I’m not sure if I should go to the hospital or work? How does one know???
