Sometimes your thoughts are your worst enemy. Don’t overthink about something that you have no control over. And focus on being your best self right now.

I took some time to quiet my inner demons. I took a bath in warm water (something I never do) and I exfoliated, and then showered. I allowed myself a break in all the madness. I usually feel undeserving, but today I tried something new.

A nutrition plan with plenty variety and strength circuit training. I find that eating the right foods has a positive effect on my body and mind. I always feel great the day of and day after a work out, usually work out one day, rest the next and so on to get the most out of it but also not over do it.

Recently started Barre classes. I’ve found them really helpful to get out on the weekend, as well as helping with some back pain. It’s challenging but not too fast paced.

They say it's bad to conceive a hatred. If you did, is there anything will change? Can it solve the problem?

I’ve just been figuring out that working out while watching a favorite show is something that gets done even if the work out isn’t as intense..it ends up being more exercise minutes a week if i do it that way. I’m finding that pulling in healthy activities into the normal course of the day is easier than carving out separate chunks of time👍👍🌱

Mi alleno a giorni alterni con regolarità e seguo sempre la dieta. Mi fa sentire soddisfatta di me stessa.

I haven’t taken my antidepressants in about a week. I’m supposed to be taking them. I just can’t make myself. I hate the fact that I need medicine to stay happy. Why can’t I just be happy?

I haven't discovered anything that really helps. I tried relaxing and can't do it. Tried car rides late at night/early morning, car rides make me anxious. So I am still looking but would love suggestions.
