Evidence shows stress is reduced if you can spare just 6 minutes out of your day to read. Magazine, fiction, non fiction it doesn't matter... From now on I'm going to set aside at least 6 minutes of my day, that's manageable isn't it?!

I cut caffeine out of my diet awhile ago. I take vitamin D daily and have been practicing mindfulness meditation on a more regular basis. I feel like these changes are really helping. This past week I've felt better than I have in a long time.

I’ve set a 10,000 step a day goal for myself. It’s not very much, but I can get very sedentary and I’m hoping that now that I’m tracking it will hold me more accountable and make me look forward to seeing the numbers. My hope is to start to increase stamina so I can start some more intense workouts. Finally ready to take back my health before it’s too late!

do you ever just eat your feelings and while eating chocolate/ ice cream/ chips or whatever you’re just thinking to yourself “why the fuck are you doing that” and the voice in your head is just like “it doesn’t matter anyway, so you might as well eat til you die”

I have been wanting to get an emotional support dog to help with my depression and anxiety. I love animals more than anything and I feel like it would help me. Do any of y’all have an ESA? If so, does it help?

If any of you are constantly tired even though you slept enough, or your immune system is weak, you may be low on vitamin D. Most of the population is deficient in vitamin D, including myself. I now take vitamin D supplements and my immune system is back to normal and i'm not tired anymore.
