I like spending an hour or so every night doing various self care things like showering, face masks, prettying up my nails, or trying out some new things with my hair. It gives me a little free time everyday and helps me feel much more confident the next morning. Plus, it gives me time to make sure I’m okay hygiene speaking. I have to try extra harder when the winter comes just to make the effort of actually getting out of bed and cleaning myself up but that’s okay.✨✨

Taking a bath once in a while helps me to relax and reminds me how important it is to take care of your body 💕

For people that have a hard time falling asleep due to anxiety: get some essential oils and a diffuser to have by your bed at night! Lavender and other scents will put you to sleep and the faint sound of dripping water is very calming. You don’t have to worry about anything catching fire! It’s worked so well for me and I hope it works for you!

New to Pacifica and seems like something I could get used too. Looking for people that can relate to what I’m going through.

Drinking water and taking a walk every day making sure to take my medications and vitamins and getting light sitting in the darkness is not good for you Unless it’s night time I use a happy lamp during winter and sit outside the rest of the year as much as I can I’m lucky I live in Florida we have lots of sunlight sunlight equals serotonin

when I’m anxious, I find that drinking a cup of tea, meditating, and listening to relaxing music on YouTube helps. I like listening to relaxing rain sounds. Also, I found that listening to music in general, taking warm baths w/candles, and taking therapudic walks has helped my anxiety

Felt awful but I slept through most of the day, so I fast-forwarded until I felt better. As much as I wanted the day to do things, I didn’t waste it because I’m better.

Any advice on how to deal with PMS? I get really sad and sometimes irritated before and during my period. I also start to overanalyze everything, which leads to me being sure my boyfriend doesn't love me anymore even when I know he does. I've tried to talk to him about it but I don't want to be a burden. I just wish there was a way to feel normal and happy even during my period. Any advice?

I really need to lose weight. I try but the it’s so hard having to cook stuff the picky eaters will eat. Then my depression gets me all messed up. Have diabetes also.
