Im grateful for being able to stay away from social media for one whole day. I know that it might sound silly but i was at a point where i couldn't stay away from Instagram for at least one hour. So I'm super grateful for that

I haven't killed myself! I had a really bad day, lots of anxiety & negative thoughts and I felt like commiting suicide. I lighted some candles, cried, did some journaling and listened to music. I'm better.
