Have you ever noticed how good it feels when you breath in? How it fills your lungs in, giving them the power to keep you alive? And yet, breathing is so simple you do it without thinking, like it's a completely normal thing to do. Your body loves you so much it gives you the greatest gift you could ever have, a chance to be alive. Think about it:you are simple atoms linking with other atoms to make you live. I'm grateful to have an adorable fluffy kitty and a super cute bearded dragon that I love. Basking in the sun is one of my favorite things to do (just the three of us lounging on my bed). It fills me with lots of warm, fuzzy feelings.

i'm grateful for my slow progress even if i don't acknowledge it. i'm doing well this year; i went travelling alone for the first time, went through the airport etc and the entire holiday being away from home comforts and didn't have an anxiety attack once. i've also been taking better care of myself and seeing results but i'm hard on myself in the way that i only see the bad in my life instead of how well i'm doing. but when i realise what's changed, i'm greatful i'm taking care of my life.
