After watching a documentary about homeless people im so very grateful for all the things i have that i take for granted...when there's tons of people out there who have nothing but other people's kindness and their own feith in whatever power they believe in, and they're still so kind to care for others and wish so little to be happy. Grateful stuff like that is available to watch and make you think and react and see things from a diff perspective

I'm grateful for myself! I am being selfish because I deserve to! I've worked so hard with my mental health recovery from depression and I'm so proud, happy, confident, content and so glad to have accomplished all that I have in just 2 years!

I am grateful that after a month of being trapped in the darkness I was able to take a shower, put on my makeup, slip into my sun dress and walk across the street to my neighbors house for a graduation party with my daughter. This is HUGE for me!!!! It took me hours to get ready but I did it! And I am proud of myself!!!! I am grateful for my kind neighbors too. They are so supportive and I need to accept their help instead of pushing them away. I will work on that also. Now back to my room I go.

I'm grateful for the countless people who research and work in psychology fields that help make sense of our brains and the human condition. Because of CBT I've been able to break incorrect thinking habits which have helped me to stop attacking myself. I've grown so much, still do every day, and am a much more even tempered, stable, truth-seeking, interesting person.
