I commented to a Youtube video, I have social anxiety and it always held me back from commenting, but finally I was able to tell how I like a video. I know it's not a big deal, but it's a small victory for me today. :)

I am grateful that when I am in pain, my dog comes to make sure I'm alright. I am also grateful for music because it distracts me from my thoughts. And lastly, I am grateful for Captain America and the Winter Soldier because thay remind me to keep fighting.

i made it through the first 3 hours of school w/o having a panic attack (I've missed 3+ weeks due to hospitalization) because yesterday i went into school thinking that i was only staying for a half day and catching up on schoolwork in the guidance office but the counselor wanted me to go to my classes as she was probably unaware how bad my social anxiety was. anyways, yesterday was the worst day of my life and i had numerous panic attacks (possibly the worst attack ever) but i made it today

I'm proud of myself for going out today and doing something more productive instead of drowning in the negative thoughts in my mind. It felt like for once I could actually breathe without my depression and anxiety killing the day.
