I just came out as trans to my parents. My mom didn't react too well, (could have been worse) but my dad, my dad is a FUCKING LEGEND! He said he was proud to call me his son, said he'd buy me a swimming binder so I wouldn't have to quit water polo, and is letting me work out with him in the morning!! I LOVE MY DAD!!!

I went to the dentist today. I've not been for 20 years due a crippling phobia. I've spent four days freaking out, not slept and then had to go on my own because hubby was stuck due to a car accident (not him, just stuck behind it). So I could plugged in the meditation app, had one panic attack and managed to get in with only minimal tears and a few scratch marks on my hand. Have to go back but hey, I did it and I didn't on my own. Feeling very thankful and proud of myself.
