God never said it would be easy, only that it would be worth it... From my experience, I've found that the more pain I feel, the greater capacity I have to feel joy. I've lost loved ones, suffered from my own choices, suffered from the choices of others as well. But from all this, who better to appreciate the peaceful moments in life than those who suffer from anxiety? (For example) That's the beautiful thing my friends, we don't take things for granted. It's the little things. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Today I experienced the beauty of the James River. I don't know what felt more peaceful, a the still water of the nearby rock quarry pond, or the rustling, flowing waters of the James around majestic rocks.
