I am grateful that feelings are NOT facts. And thoughts aren't either. Learning that my brain causes me to self sabotage, I can choose to ignore my noisy, messy mind and it has made a world of a difference in my life. It is not an overnight process, but though contrary action I have noticed more positive, constructive, loving thoughts being there without me forcing them.
