Building a Wellness Habit with Pacifica

With Pacifica’s wide range of meditation and relaxation activities, you might need a little guidance on what activities to try. We’ve put together some recommendations for different situations that you might find helpful.

If you’re struggling with general stress

We recommend:

  1. Tracking your sleep, caffeine, and exercise
  2. Using the “Goals” tool to manage day-to-day tasks (and set reminders, if needed)
  3. Trying the following meditations:
    • Deep Breathing
    • Present in this Moment
    • Relax Your Muscles
    • Calming Breath
    • Recognizing Gratitude

If you’re struggling with panic attacks

We recommend:

  1. Tracking your sleep, caffeine, alcohol, and exercise
  2. Using the “Reframe” Thoughts tool to explore your thoughts about panic/feared situations
  3. Trying the following meditations:
    • Deep Breathing
    • Checking In with Your Body
    • Handling Challenges
    • When in a moment: of panic Anxiety Emergency

If you’re struggling with symptoms of Depression

We recommend:

  1. Tracking your sleep, exercise, alcohol, and time spent with family and friends
  2. Using the Goals tool to get active, particularly for scheduling pleasant activities. Gradually building from easier things to those which are more challenging is recommended.
  3. Trying the following meditations:
