The Pacifica Anxiety App Turns 1 Year Old Today!

We wanted to take a moment to thank the 600k members that have signed up to use Pacifica in the last year. We couldn’t have built the best anxiety app available without the loyal members of our community though.

At Pacifica, we believe that it’s important to have open, honest conversations about mental health and wellness. Pacifica’s goal is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness and make mental health tools more accessible and available for everyone.

Our blog covers topics ranging from tips for dealing with stress, to techniques and strategies for managing anxiety and depression, to mental health news and trending topics. We’re also a blog for mental health care professionals, discussing how technology can help strengthen provider-client relationships, better monitor progress and outcomes, and improve the overall quality of care.
